Moderator: Susan Davis-Ali – Founder & President of Leadhership1

Dr. Susan Davis-Ali is considered an industry expert in the retention and advancement of women technologists. She is the founder and President of Leadhership1® a company pioneering online coaching and leadership development for women a decade before online learning become commonplace during Covid-19. Susan previously held the role of Vice President of Organizational Transformation at AnitaB.org and is the author of “Advancing Women Technologists into Positions of Leadership” (an AnitaB.org publication).

She is also the author of the book, “How to Become Successful Without Becoming a Man” and wrote a weekly career advice column for USA Today for several years. Susan has worked with companies like Thomson Reuters, Qualcomm, and Capital One for over a decade to help them retain and develop their best and brightest future women leaders. She is a sought-after speaker on a variety of topics related to DEI and gender diversity. She received her PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Michigan, is a proud Cincinnati native, and currently lives in St. Paul, Minnesota with her husband.


Kimberly Fahey – Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Collegis Education

Kim Fahey oversees technology and information systems at Collegis Education. With two decades of industry experience, Fahey previously served as vice president of IT at R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company, a global provider of integrated communications. In this role, she oversaw hundreds of employees and consultants as well as operations from project management and customer relationship management to master data management, ecommerce and integration solutions.

Fahey loves to use technology to solve real business problems. She is humbled to share that she has had a long career of making her business partners successful and does so through her unique strength in building high-performance teams.

Donna Gallaher, CISSP, CCISO, CIPPE, CIPM FIP, vCISO | Fractional Cyber Security and Data Privacy Risk Advisor

Donna is as a Virtual Chief Information Security Officer and Privacy Officer to several small to medium sized companies. Prior to venturing out on her own, she served as a C-Level strategic advisor for Incomm, RGP, First Advantage, ABB, SunGard and Wipro.   She holds industry certifications in both security and data privacy and is a graduate of Auburn University with a B.S.  in Electrical Engineering

Ann Sherony, Fortium Partners, C-Level Security and Privacy Executive and Strategist

Senior Cybersecurity and privacy expert Anna Sherony is a Fortium Partner in Fortium’s Midwest Region. Anna has more than 13 years of C-level experience as a security and privacy consultant, strategist and systems implementer for large institutions in the financial services, insurance, health care and pharmaceuticals sectors.

Anna is well experienced in security and privacy programs that cover Web security, identity access, security controls, privacy education, and threat awareness. As a consultant with AsTech Consulting, she worked with Fortune 2000 companies to mentor and empower their security teams with three-year risk and implementation roadmaps and the installation of NIST Cybersecurity Frameworks with CIS Critical Security Controls.

She also selected Monitoring, Detection and Response (MDR) vendors and lead the on-time and on-budget implementation of MDR and Splunk SIEM solutions. Anna led ISIR plan reviews, identifed gaps, remediated findings, gained stakeholder approval and executed training. She also facilitated ISIR round table paper tests and technical tabletop exercises that identified client readiness to detect, contain, eradicate and recover from such an attack.

As CSO/CPO for $48B Sammons Financial Group, she was responsible for the company’s information security, as well as privacy assurance strategy, architecture and global oversight; including mainframe, distributed and infrastructure-based systems.
